Under a plea agreement, 26-year-old Tanner Nipple of Mifflintown was sentenced to four to eight years in prison on one count of kidnapping and one count of interference with custody of children. Advertisement Court documents show Nipple took the boy, who was selling produce along the side of the road in September of 2025 on Renno Lane in Walker Township. Documents show Nipple drove around with the boy, but the boy was able to escape.
