"I received a phone call from his wife indicating that he never returned from his last DoorDash delivery,” said Carl Schuck, Zach Schuck’s father. According to a missing person flyer posted by police, Zach Schuck’s last DoorDash delivery was at 6:30 p.m. in the Monaca area. Carl Schuck said Zach Schuck indicated to his wife that he was on his way home after the delivery. Police said cellphone coverage was lost around 8 p.m. that night. "His wife went out to the Vanport Bridge, where the last cell tower communication was with his phone,” Carl Schuck told Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 Reporter Jordan Cioppa. Carl Schuck said police searched the area near the bridge using infrared. Thanks to a tip from social media, Carl Schuck said his son's car was found on Croxall Ave. in Hopewell Township the Saturday after he went missing. Carl Schuck, who lives in upstate New York, visited the neighborhood where the car was discovered. The car was shown in video footage captured by a nearby doorbell camera, but Carl Schuck said he couldn’t tell if it was his son who got out of the car because of the video quality. “That's where my frustration is,” Carl Schuck said. “Was it Zach? Or wasn’t it Zach? Or did something happen between the time that he did his last delivery and the time that the car was left there?" According to Carl Schuck, Zach Schuck is a dad of two including a newborn. He also said his son lost his job a few months ago. “I can't verify if maybe he was going through hardship and he just decided to take off and, you know, go rethink and regroup someplace,” Carl Schuck said. “If he did, we just want to know where he is and if he’s safe.” Carl Schuck said he also wonders if his son was the victim of a carjacking. He is asking people to check their cameras in hopes of bringing Zach Schuck home safely. He shared the following message. “Be mindful and respectful of the situations that we’re in," Carl Schuck said. “I understand everybody has their theories, but all we're trying to do is find Zach if he’s out there. The priority is to make sure that he's safe and returned." Anyone with information should call North Sewickley Township police at 724-843-3421 or 724-843-8118.
